Purpose: The main purpose of the study is Knowledge level among females in their Childbearing regarding Infertility in community Ali Rezaabad, Lahore of low socio-economic status. Methods Material: A quantitative cross sectional study design was used to conduct this study to determine the knowledge of community. Data was collected from married in their childbearing ages. This study was conducted from rural community of Ali Razaabad, Lahore. The sample size was 80. Result: Sample size was 80. In this study 51.25% of females (11-45 years) in community Ali Razaabad, Lahore has poor knowledge about infertility while 42.5% have average knowledge and 1.25% has good knowledge.
