Often, people easily judge a doctor to do malpractice to his/her patient, when in fact it is not. Conversely there are doctors who do not understand how the law works, so in terms of patient doctor relationship more to remember the noble profession ethic. The medical profesional ethic is very good, but in the certain condition doctors can actually be harmed for maintaining their professional ethics when they must be opposite of positif law.
