Raw data and statistical analyses from an experiment to study parent-of-origin and diet-by-parent-of-origin effects on expression and behavior. In this experiment, female NOD/ShiLtJ x C57Bl/6J and C57Bl/6J x NOD/ShiLtJ mice were exposed in utero to one of four diets. After weaning, their whole-brain gene expression, as well as a set of behaviors that model psychiatric disease, were recorded and analyzed.
