This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership style, compensation, and work commitment on company performance at PT. Pura Barutama partially and simultaneously. The research method uses descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach. The sampling used is a saturated sample is all of the population is sampled. The number of samples in this study was 70 respondents. The analysis uses path analysis using the SPSS program.
