Analisis Kinerja Aparatur Pada Sekretariat Daerah Kota Bekasi Bagian Tata Pemerintahan

Strategic assessment is needed to analyze the performance of the state apparatus which is urgent. The procedure for analyzing the workings of the state apparatus is through evaluating and observing the results of the work that has been done, many have succeeded or failed. However, this analysis technique is weak if it is carried out objectively to government authorities. This study was conducted to observe the performance of the apparatus at the regional secretariat of Bekasi City in the governance section. Qualitative descriptive technique is a technique that is implemented in research. Then the data collection method is interviews, observation and documentation using primary data and secondary data. The research carried out resulted in the finding that the performance of the apparatus at the Bekasi City Regional Secretariat for Government Administration was seen in terms of efficiency regarding the responsibilities that must be carried out by employees and in providing good service to the community through the apparatus and the suitability of the matters conveyed
