Gaia19axp, a new member of AT 2017bgt/ OGLE17aaj/F01004-2237 transient class

In the optical and the ultraviolet range, the variability of active galactic nuclei is normally few tens of per cent. However nuclear transient Gaia19axp exhibits few magnitudes increase in flux within half a year in a known quasar. Its optical spectra exhibits a mix of emission features, some typical of luminous, unobscured AGNs, but others are most likely driven by Bowen fluorescence.
