INCLUSIVE CLASS TEACHER'S PEDAGOGICAL MASTERY ACCORDING TO I. A. ZYAZYUN HUMANISM PHILOSOPHY

The article is devoted to the study of the pedagogical heritage of I. Zyazyun, an analysis of his views on the development of pedagogical mastery in future and graduate teachers as a necessary component of their professionalism, a sign of high pedagogical culture. This question is constantly in the focus of scientific and pedagogical research of thinkers of the past and modern scholars. It became relevant among the large-scale and multi-faceted problems of the scientific search of the outstanding Ukrainian scholar, philosopher and humanist Ivan Zyazyun. On the basis of the philosophy of humanism the scientist identified the content of this pedagogical category, advanced pedagogical ideas and substantiated theoretical and methodological principles for the development of the phenomenon, which significantly influenced the vectors of the development of Ukrainian education and science, the professionalization of pedagogues, the identification of the main, compulsory, dominant features of their professiograms and opportunities of all levels of continuous education in proper formation and improvement it during a lifetime. The article is devoted to the identification of points of contact between the ideas of Ivan Zyazyun philosophic humanism and the peculiarities of the formation inclusive class teachers’ pedagogical mastery. Therefore the scientific works of academician I. Zyazyun on this problem were thoroughly studied; the essence of the concept of «pedagogicalmastery» is described and the structure of the category is outlined. Possibilities of the system of postgraduate education are analyzed to improve the level of mastery of pedagogues of inclusive education in the context of I. Zyazyun's pedagogy of humanism, according to which it is formed and develop continuously, throughout all professional activities. The specifics of the work of the staff of the inclusive institution, their functions in the organization of the inclusive form of education in educational institutions and the updated requirements that can be provided by updating unique ideas, wise advice, fundamental works of the scientist and philosopher, whose humanistic orientation will support to solve of many contemporary educational problems, in particular, ensuring the development of pedagogical mastery of teachers who will work in inclusive classes
