Moroccan citizens are increasingly aware of the effect of food on their health. The objective of this work is to study the consumption of Light products (LP) by students, as well as their effects on the prevalence of obesity. A descriptive cross-sectional study was carried out in 2017 using an anonymous questionnaire. The latter included information related to Gender, age, anthropometric parameters, perception of the body image, as well as the consumption of BP (types, frequency, duration, reasons for consumption, etc.).
