Abstract: This report presents a comprehensive analysis of the factors influencing employee work motivation and performance. The study focuses on three key dimensions: transformational leadership, job stress, and work motivation. The research hypotheses were formulated to examine the relationships between these variables and their impact on employee performance. The data was collected through surveys and analyzed using statistical techniques such as regression analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The findings indicate that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation.
