Víctimas en la ciudad

Abstract: The main idea of this article is that, in order to assure the access to the city and the guarantee of non-repetition to the victims of the Colombian armed conflict, it is necessary to recognize them as human beings -without homogenizing them-, and reduce the levels of residential segregation in the projects of Priority Interest Housing, that even though they were created as a strategy for land restitution and poverty reduction, they perpetuate the dividing lines among social strata, and limit the access of this population to some basic rights. Resumen: La idea principal de este artículo es que para asegurar el acceso a la ciudad y la garantía de no repetición a las víctimas del desplazamiento forzado dentro del conflicto armado colombiano, es necesario reconocerlas como seres humanos –sin homogenizarlas-, y disminuir los niveles de segregación residencial en los proyectos de Vivienda de Interés Prioritario, que aunque se crearon como una estrategia de restitución de tierras y disminución de la pobreza, perpetúan las líneas divisorias entre estratos sociales y limitan el acceso de esta población a algunos derechos básicos
