The purpose of this study was to investigate how students’ negative attitudes towards physics can be changed by teacher qualification and experience. That is, the study was based on the framework that, teacher qualification and experience can change physics students’ negative attitudes to positive. Ex post facto research design was used in which results of Common mock of form five students were used. In the process, the results of students taught by an experienced and inexperienced teacher and two teachers with the same years of experience but with one having a higher certificate were compared.The sample of the study was made up of 41 from a population of 207 physics students of form five.
