This study aims to analyze the influence exerted by locus of control, work environment, and work conflict on employee performance. The sample used in this study was at Bank Central Asia (BCA) Kcu Solo by taking a sample of 48 employees and divided into 4 statements according to the variables. Sampling technique with purposive sampling method using SPSS version 25.0. The results showed that locus of control had an effect on the performance of BCA Kcu Solo employees.
