D5.5 Final report on dissemination activities

The communication and dissemination plan (D.5.1) of the Co-Change Project was developed in M2 and updated several times. The project’s communication and dissemination strategy aimed to be a tool that could support consortium partners in achieving the project’s general goal: “to contribute to a better and more sustainable engagement with citizens and society as a whole”. A further aim was “to inspire research funding and performing organisations to accept inputs from citizens and organisations that used to be considered outsiders to the world of R&I”. This deliverable reports on the achievements of the project during the whole project for what concerns the communication and dissemination activities performed by the Consortium
