The development and evaluation of a location based education enhancement system for use with network connected mobile devices and two-dimensional (QR) codes. However, the positional precision that can be achieved is limited in certain situations, especially where objects of interest are in close proximity. This project investigates the use of QR codes to overcome that precision problem through the development of an open source, web based delivery system that allows the simple re-purposing of existing bilingual materials and their delivery, appropriately formatted, to smartphones.
