The Research of Ties Between Ukraine and Turkey As the Instrument of Cultural Diplomacy

The article deals with the need for informational, in particular cultural, interaction of Ukraine with other states for the effective achievement of the set political, economic, security, etc. objectives. It is emphasized that such interaction is important not only for the traditional leading players in the "global chessboard" but also with those regions and countries, links with which receive new urgency and new content, in particular, it concerns the Turkic states and peoples. The Turks, their governments are very respectful of their own cultural heritage, to their popularization in the world, so cooperation with them through cultural interaction is very effective.
