Background: Numerous studies have reported accelerated muscle hypertrophy, strength, and power adaptations following chronic bouts of isoinertial Flywheel Resistance Training (FRT). These factors contribute to Change of Direction (CoD) speed and sprinting performance, which are key determinants of performance in football.
