МЕХАНИЗМ ГОСУДАРСТВЕННОГО УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЯ ЧРЕЗВЫЧАЙНЫХ СИТУАЦИЙ

In the article, the system of legal and organizational measures of public administration aimed at protecting the citizens’ environmental rights, ensuring environmental safety, protecting the natural environment in the process of emergency situations prevention, eliminating the consequences of natural and man-made accidents and disasters has been analyzed. The approaches to the risks of emergency situations reduction and their consequences mitigation, to the development of proposals for the current legislation and the mechanism of public administration improvement in this sphere of public relations have been considered.
