Ithomiini mimicry classification

This repository contains the mimicry classification for ithomiine butterfly subspecies applied for the analyses presented in the research paper "Anthropogenic pressures coincide with Neotropical biodiversity hotspots in a flagship butterfly group": https://doi.org/10.1111/ddi.13455.
