ОЦІНКА МІГРАЦІЙНИХ РУХІВ УКРАЇНИ НА ТЛІ ТЕНДЕНЦІЙ В ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКИХ КРАЇНАХ: ПОШУКИ ШЛЯХІВ ПОЛІПШЕННЯ СИТУАЦІЇ

The article focuses on the contemporary peculiarities of migratory movements as waves and the conditions of their transformation into a migration tsunami. The emphasis is on the growing volumes of emigration of Ukrainians. The peak of the migration tsunami in Europe and the peculiarities of overcoming it in 2015 are highlighted. The emphasis is on increasing volumes of Ukrainian emigration. The possibility of migration tsunami in Ukraine in the next 2-3 years is foreseen. The economic arguments and the motivation of Ukrainian citizens to work abroad, which is extremely high, are outlined. It is noted that working Ukrainians outside the country often have to be in a precise manner, characterized by instability and doubtful relationships in the labor process, high riskiness, lack of any guarantees. It has been established that the aging of the labor force in Ukraine, when its majority crossed the age-old mark of 40 years, the high age-old mortality rates of persons of the older working-age, the migration outflow of the most active workers in aggregate already formed a rather powerful challenge to the national economy, besides being burdened with military actions in the East. Ukrainian citizens, becoming "a collective hero of the Polish economy", actually solve a number of problems that remained unresolved in their homeland. Apart from the other areas of labor emigration of Ukrainians (for example, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Great Britain, Germany), the amount of their remittances reaches 7% of GDP, which puts Ukraine 24th in the world by the level of investing in the economy of its country. The problem is that more and more Ukrainians earning money are starting to play the role of an investment resource in the host country, and at home they still remain in the state of consumption. A comparison of the intensity of immigration and unemployment in Europe is made and the dynamics of the number of first issued permits for staying in EU cranes is outlined. The structure of the grounds sufficient for obtaining permission to enter European countries presented in 2016 is explored. The factors of a new wave of economically motivated emigration from Ukraine are revealed. It is emphasized that the growing volumes of foreign labor in the face of disappointing demographic forecasts and trends are a significant threat to the national security of the country
