Abstract The theory of Multiple intelligence offers the idea of individual differences and unique learning styles. Study reveals the effectiveness of this theory in making learning joyful and interesting. Moreover, knowledge of different intelligence can help the teachers in identifying the intelligence profile of each learner and help the instructors to create a conducive learning environment. The researcher in this study have attempted to explore the perception of secondary school teachers about the application of multiple intelligence theory in the teaching learning process.
