Modeling of managerial decision–making in the process of product sales and investment activity

Relevance of the research topic. The modern functioning of domestic entrepreneurship takes place in an unfavorable external environment. For the first time, business encountered the necessity of functioning in the conditions of martial law, which fundamentally changed the further development trend of any enterprise. At the same time, a timely and effective management decision can reduce the negative impact of the external environment on business. In this context, there is a need to deepen the modeling procedure for making management decisions in the process of product realization and investment activities. Formulation of the problem. Every enterprise during any stage of the life cycle is faced with the need to quickly make a management decision in accordance with current conditions. However, taking into account the rapidity of scientific opinion and trends in the field of business, it is not always possible to adapt already developed methods of making managerial decisions. Therefore, it is time to improve the modeling of the management decision–making process using modern mathematical tools and its adaptation in the practical sphere. Setting goals and objectives of the study – to propose a model of managerial decision–making in the process of product realization and investment activity. Research method or methodology. In the process of determining the model of management decision–making in the implementation of products and investment activities, we used the methods of abstraction, induction, deduction, analysis, synthesis, modeling and the method of least squares. During modeling, we also built regression models, calculated Fisher's and Student's tests. Presentation of the main material (research results). Models of managerial decision– making in the process of product realization and investment activities are proposed. As a result of calculations using various methods, a forecast volume of sold products was obtained, which allows the management to respond in time to negative changes and make the necessary decisions adequate to the current situation. Scope of the results. The proposed modeling can be used by all interested market stakeholders, including civil servants, in order to make an adequate management decision and quickly react to negative changes in the production or institutional environment. Conclusions on the article. The stages of modeling and forecasting of the dependence of the volume of sold products (goods, services) on capital investments are defined. The presented modeling allows management to make management decisions depending on changes in the dynamics of the volume of sales and capital investments. The conducted statistical analysis and forecasting using various methods of linear and non–linear calculation of economic processes allows us to conclude that in real macro– and micro environments it is possible to choose the most appropriate and effective method of making management decisions based on external and internal factors influencing production
