Marketing technologies attraction of investments by government bodies in regional development

Relevance of the research topic. The functioning of the state economy in the conditions of market transformations conditioned the need for intensive development and creation of a marketing system in state structures and determined the need for the application of marketing technologies to public authorities. At the same time, one of the priorities of ensuring sustainable development and improving the country’s competitive position is to pursue an active investment policy by public authorities. scientific and practical activities of the use of marketing technologies in the system of public administration. The aim of the study. Analysis of the use of marketing technologies by public authorities in attracting investment for effective socio–economic development of regions as a basis for sustainable development of society. Research methods. The article uses the dialectical method of scientific knowledge, the method of analysis and synthesis, comparison, the method of generalization of data, the study is based on a systematic approach to the problems, the study of their relationship and development. The results of the study are the development of appropriate practical recommendations for effective investment in regional development based on the use of marketing tools by local governments. Field of application of results. The results of the study can be used in the practice of public administration, local governments, local communities and innovation–oriented organizations to form a marketing management system.Relevance of the research topic.
