Introduction: Patients who present with a seizure for the first time are always distressed and worried regardless of being children or adults. Reports estimate that up to ten percent of the general population will suffer from a seizure at least once during their lifetime, with less than 50% of these patients developing other seizures. Therefore, and due to the relatively high prevalence of seizures, thorough assessment and proper evaluation of patients with seizures is considered important.
