Influence of E-governance on Information and Analytical Support of Government Activities of Authorities

The article deals with the crucial importance of information and communication technologies in improving the expert support of the activities of state authorities. Within the theories of a socially oriented state, modern state management is focused on customer service, which requires new approaches in the activities of the central administrative offices in providing a wide range of management services. In the context of this, along with the problem of analytical processing of the mass volume of information, there is a need for geopolitical, social and economic monitoring that supports decision-making processes on complex problems in various spheres of society's activity. It is considered for expedient to use the e-government technological services for improving the information-analytical processing of structured data in the field of state administration. It is determined that the use of electronic services of the multi-channel e-government system expands the boundaries of public interactive participation in the process of making managerial decisions and promotes socio-productive use of the results of information-analytical monitoring.
