This repository contains preprocessed resting-state fMRI data including two datasets of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD): patients in baseline and patients with capsulotomy. The baseline dataset consists 104 OCD patients and 82 healthy controls were anonymously enrolled from our Institutional database. Part of the data from this cohort has been published previously [1, 2]. In this baseline dataset, 27 refractory patients underwent ventral capsulotomy with complete postoperative MRI scanning and clinical assessment. Exclusion/inclusion criteria, surgical procedure, and detailed clinical information were described in previously published work [1].
