Abstract: Organizational goals are tied to the influence of Leaders on the people who have a stake on the organization. Research previously conducted on organization’s sustainable high performance has addressed this concept from a traditional leadership perspective of a single approach like traits, skills or behaviors. The research sought to address the following objectives; Intellectual Stimulation; Inspirational Motivation; Idealized Behaviors; and Individualized Consideration their relationship with performance of the National Government Administration.
