Sol–gel method was used to prepare TiO2 Powder. About 7 μm thin film of TiO2 coating was fabricated successfully on glass, by the sol–gel dip process. It is suggested that the films may have the structure of amorphous network. These results were characterized based on the SEM , UV–visible spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction data.
