Introduction Breast cancer is the most common malignant disease and the leading cause of mortality among women globally. This study aimed to study the survival rate and prognostic factors in early stage (I and II) breast cancer patients from single treatment centre. Methods Patients with early stage of breast cancer notified between years 2011 until 2015 to Hospital Kuala Lumpur were evaluated retrospectively. The clinical, demographic, histologic data and treatment characteristics were obtained from medical records. Follow-up time was calculated from the date of diagnosis, to the date of death, or end of follow-up in December 2019. The survival analysis was performed using the Kaplan-Meier method.
