Innovation is considered the lever for growth and prosperity in business and the solution to a range of organizational problems, especially when the Covid-19 pandemic is still spreading. Many companies have dissolved because of being unable to achieve sustainable growth in industrial revolutions. The purpose of this study was to investigate the impact of Empowerment Leadership (EL), Workplace Happiness (WPH), and Work Satisfaction (WS) on employees’ innovative behavior in the Vietnam context.
