The results of treatment of pediatric patients with deformities of the bones forming the knee joint were analyzed. At the same time, it was found that in patients with frontal deformities over 30 degrees, as well as in patients with shortened limb segments over 10–15%, multiplanar deformities of the knee joint area are observed, one of which is a pronounced violation of the biomechanical axis of the limb.
