ОКРЕМІ НОТАТКИ З ЛИСТУВАННЯ А. М. КОМАШКИ ЩОДО РЕОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ХАРКІВСЬКОГО ХУДОЖНЬОГО ТЕХНІКУМУ В ІНСТИТУТ

Analysis of internal and external factors of higher art-pedagogical education of 1920 shows the most ideological and theoretical tensions between the main areas of arts education, when the problem of forming institutions on the theory of art-pedagogical education clearly delineated. Despite critical and reformist character of the 20s, restructuring of higher art education directed to the formation of the pedagogical direction, unification with the production and strengthening of the иpoliticization of the educational process. An interesting phenomenon in Ukraine were categorically denying of the old and pretentious attempts of creation new of multi -purpose art systems, where the teacher's skill level was denoted as psycho-pedagogical level as propagandists level of forming new social and communist ideologies. Through socio-political events in Ukraine there was lack of necessary specialists with higher education in the branch of art-educational activities. Around и middle of 20's leading art institutions in Ukraine (Kiev Institute of Plastic Arts (1925), Odessa Art Polytechnic (1925)) were discovered pedagogical faculties. At that time the new methodology of art education in Ukraine largely formed: Rector of Odessa Polytechnic Institute, Doctor of Philology, Professor B. Varneke, Rector of the Kiev Art Institute, Professor J. Wrona, Rector of the Kharkov Polytechnic Institute M. Burachek and A. Komashko. Based on archival documents brings forward the hypothesis about opening Pedagogical Department at Kharkiv Art College, which was later transformed to the Institute. For the first time there were introduced to the scientific circulation unknown papers about the role of A. Komashko in reorganization of the Kharkov Art College to Institute
