Passenger cars are using the alloy wheels due to lighter wheels in order to reduce fuel consumption. The alloy wheels are usually made from light and strong alloys such as aluminum and magnesium which can improve the performances of braking system to increase safety of the driving. They are produced by casting, machining and forging operations. The production process can be analyzed and modified to increase efficiency of part production. Finite element analysis can be used to find the static and dynamic stress of the wheel in actual working conditions.
