This research paper as entitled “Effective Strategies promoting rights of Disabled Students studying in India” makes an attempt to describe factors or barriers which affect the access of students with disabilities in educational institutions and also tries to understand the fundamental rights and special provisions of provided to disabled students while gaining education.
