Organizational culture and principal leadership practices play important roles in promoting teachers’ commitment and job satisfaction. This study identified the schools’ organizational culture and the principals’ leadership practices in relation to the teachers’ level of job satisfaction in the Division of Zamboanga del Norte during the school year 2019-2020. The researcher used a descriptive-correlational design in the study. Fifty-four school heads and 233 teachers were chosen as respondents through stratified sampling. The researcher used the modified and adapted Organizational Culture Assessment Inventory, Leadership Practices Inventory, and Teacher Job Satisfaction Survey Questionnaire as the instruments.
