In recent years, festivals and events have played an important role in the realization of sustainable tourism. The festivals have an important contribution especially in promoting the destinations and increasing the number of tourists visiting the destinations. The organized festivals also offer economic and social benefits to residents of the destinations. The aim of this study is to determine effects of residents' perceived benefits from festivals on residents' quality of life and support for festival development in the destination.
