Background: Renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is an insidious neoplasm, accounting for approximately 2% of global cancer diagnoses and deaths, and is projected to increase in burden worldwide. Studies on renal malignancies in Port Harcourt are few and where present have focused on the pathology or the paediatric population. This study is on the presentation, risk factors and management of RCC in an adult population. Materials and Methods: This is a ten-year retrospective study conducted at the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital.
