: This study aims to analyze the utilization of Accounting Information Systems, Work Experience, and Internal Control of Financial Performance at the Surakarta Regional Revenue Management Unit office. In this study using quantitative data collection methods by distributing questionnaires to UPPD Surakarta employees. The test results show that partially the variables of the Accounting Information System and Work Experience have a negative and insignificant effect on Financial Performance at UPPD Surakarta City.
