ABSTRACT Company B is a manufacturing company that has been facing challenges with its manual HR processes, resulting in (1) time inefficiency, (2) human errors, and (3) security issues. To address these challenges, we developed a Human Resources Information System to streamline HR processes and improve department efficiency. The study focused on manual procedures for employee management, attendance management, and payroll processing. A web-based system with a biometric attendance tracking system was developed to digitalize their HR business processes while at the same time considering feedback from the company and making adjustments based on their needs.
