The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline on employees performance; the effect of work environment on employees performance; the variable that has the most dominant effect on employees performance; and the effect of work discipline and work environment simultaneously on performance employees. The population of this research is employees of Al Hudori Cooperative Palembang with the total 91 respondents taken using the sensus method and this research used multiple linear regression.
