Recently, a substantial body of literature provides strong evidence to support the potentials of Crataeva magna (CM), plant and its extracts in various pathological conditions. Thus, the CM plant extract at various concentrations were prepared and antioxidant activity was evaluated. The fresh leaves and bark of CM were collected and various extracts such as n-Hexane, Chloroform, Ethanol and aqueous extract were prepared. The preliminary phytochemical investigation showed the presence of various phytochemical such as total phenolic, flavonoid compounds and tannins.
