This research is based on the treatment results of 118 patients with CRAS. The patients were divided into two groups: the control group (n=61) and the main (n=57). In the main group of patients, a new method of local protection of the oral mucosa aphthous afts with the domestic drug "GEPROCEL" was used. According to the results of the supplied method of the treatment, a more significant improvement in the indices of oral hygiene was noted (from 0.80±0.05 to 0.49±0.04 points, p<0.001), which in general increased the proportion of excellent and good hygiene efficiency from 83.6% to 96.5% (p=0.031).
