ТЕОРЕТИЧНА МОДЕЛЬ ЧИННИКІВ ВПЛИВУ НА ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНУ ПРИВАБЛИВІСТЬ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА

The financial and economic result of investment activity is determined by the influence of factors that are practically impossible to analyze and analyze individually. We will overcome the influence of the main factors of the micro and macro environment, which have the greatest impact on the investment attractiveness and do not depend on the scope of the enterprise. The combination of the proposed factors provides an opportunity to obtain more complete general information about the activities of the company. In the article the system of factors of micro and macro environment, which determine the investment attractiveness of the enterprise, is investigated. Each of the factors is detailed and the directions of their accounting are given in the management of the investment attractiveness of the enterprise. The theoretical model of factors of investment attractiveness of the enterprise is formed. A special role in the investment of the enterprise is played by macro- and micro-criminals. To the main factors of the macroeconomic environment, which have a special influence on the investment activity of the enterprise, we attributed: the location of the enterprise, the legal framework, the income level of the population, culture and education of the population, financial and economic stability, socio-political stability, inflation rate in Ukraine, infrastructure enterprises The microeconomic factors influencing the investment attractiveness of the enterprise were as follows: managerial control, company rating, legal responsibility, personnel potential, enterprise competitiveness, capital structure, development strategy, production program of the main production units, payment discipline, financial condition
