The history of transport and public transport concept are as old as the history of man, creation, civilization and the attendant human transformation of cities and settlements from time immemorial. This is because, nothing moves without the “grace” and “process” of transport (which is mobility). Therefore, to achieve meaningful interaction (which is the essence of movement) within a particular area, various modes of transport were evolved.
