The proposed methodology of marketing assessment of the competitiveness of tourist enterprise services using the expert survey method and weighted coefficients. The method involves five stages and takes into account the user’s point of view and the quality of the marketing activities of the enterprise. Calculations are made on real tourist enterprises. The quality of tourist services is considered as a set of its distinctive characteristics, which allow it to be evaluated on the degree of satisfaction of its consumer. It is concluded that: the competitiveness of the service can be detected only as a result of comparison with similar services and is a relative characteristic; it reflects the difference between comparable competitive services...
