Abstract The objective of this study was to determine the factors for active ageing among elderly people in Ranong Province of Thailand. It is well-acknowledged fact that in modern times the government of Thailand is focusing on different factors to improve the worth and life of the people of Thailand. However, the government has still not achieved the appropriate level of active ageing for the people in Ranong Province of Thailand. In this regard, this study was conducted with the help of a random sampling method and a Likert scale questionnaire was prepared.
