Abstract When developing competition and market entry strategies, health institutions must know which strategies are likely to work. However, efficient implementation of strategies is also crucial because sometimes we witness health institutions failing due to improper implementation of suitable and effective strategies. In the twenty-first century, health institutions must use competition and market tools with zero- error strategies.
