The gender pay gap is about gender representation in roles that pay differently, and is about gender portrayal in jobs that pay in an unexpected way, and is not quite the same as equivalent compensation concerns. The gender pay gap is determined by taking the normal compensation for all females in an association, paying little mind to job or duties, and contrasting that with the normal pay for all guys in a similar association, paying little heed to job or obligations.
