There are several awards and models of quality and innovation applied around the world. The problem studied is that many organizations present different dimensions and scales for the evaluation of organizational innovation and analysis for the innovative recognition of companies. The article aims to present, through the exploratory and confirmatory factorial analysis, the main inducing factors of organizational innovation in a set of 19 Brazilian companies, from the public and private sectors, with nationally recognized performance.
