The article explores the main trends in HR management in Ukraine in 2019. The application of modern trends and the possibility of widening their usage in personnel management are analyzed. A sociological study of the main trends in the field of personnel management such as: automation and HRIS systems, HR-analytics and HR-brand, gamification, alternative employment, hiring for blind, continuous training, outsourcing, humanization of business processes and leadership in the XXI century.It has been determined that workforce diversity requires different approaches to leadership development and continuous education.
