In Uzbekistan, in recent decades, much attention has been paid to the formation of a healthy lifestyle, one of the main components of which is rational nutrition. One of the problems associated with nutrition is overweight and obesity as a result of the formation of abnormal or excessive body fat. Therefore, the search for new methods of combating overweight among the population is becoming increasingly important.
